If you carrying more gear this backpack is incredibly comfortable with heavy loads as well. The pack work great both fully loaded and when using as a daypack. You can compress the pack well, tightly rolling down the top and then using the Y-strap over it. Roll top closure has feature of tiny magnets for quick and easy close and won’t snag your clothes contrary of the velcro closure.

All standard bear canisters will fit standing on end (vertically).

LiteSkin – main body. LiteSkin is a new backpack fabric from sailcloth maker Dimension Polyant. The face of Lite Skin® fabric is a sheet of random array, non-woven filaments that provides increased abrasion and water resistance at a minimal weight gain. It is very thin and flexible, is ideal for day hikes and long runs. Waterproof to 160 psi.
