Do you ship packages worldwide? How much will it cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide, or everywhere where the post offices are able to deliver. To check it, please look here.

What shipping methods do you use?

We can dispatch and deliver orders using courier service (GLS) or using Slovak post service abroad.



How can I pay?

You have possibillities: pay by Sofort or GP webpay or SEPA Bank transfers or PayPal.



When will my order be shipped?

Almost all in stock items are shipped the day they are received or the next working day after the order is placed at the latest within 2 working days from order confirmation (usually within 24 hours). In case of need we will contact you by email.


Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

Please check your spam/junk folder. Many spam filters will put legitimate emails in the spam folder.

How can I track my order?

We always sending tracking number with link, where you can track your order. If we forget, you can ask for it.



Can I return items if I am not satisfied with?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.



Are you selling to customers from outside of the European Union without value added tax?

We are able to sell our products to customers from outside of the European Union without value added tax. We have implemented geolocation on our web page, so you should be able to see prices without VAT.
But however if you put products to your shopping cart and
select the appropriate country, you will be able to see prices without VAT.

All the products we sell are new, directly from the manufacturer with full warranty.
