Do you ship packages worldwide? How much it will cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide, or everywhere where the post offices are able to deliver. To check it, please look here.

Would I have to pay additional fees if I am from country within European union?
Slovakia is a member of the EU therefore all prices are final, and you will not pay any fees as customs or VAT in your country.
What shipping methods do you use?
We can dispatch and deliver orders using courier service (GLS or DPD) or using Slovak post service abroad.
How can I pay?
You have possibillities: pay by Sofort, GP webpay or SEPA Bank transfers or Transferwise. All payment methods are secure.
Do you accept PayPal?
We do not offer PayPal payment anymore, due to high fees what we need to pay to PayPal and instead of this we gave priority to the offer of better price or lower shipping or free shipping to EU countries for our customers.
When will my order be shipped?
Almost all in stock items are shipped the day they are received or the next working day after the order is placed at the latest within 2 working days from order confirmation (usually within 24 hours). In case of need we will contact you by email.
To offer you best shipping cost, we are using logistic center, therefore the tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after dispatch it.
Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
Please check your spam/junk folder. Many spam filters will put legitimate emails in the spam folder.

How can I track my order?
We always sending tracking number with link, where you can track your order. If we forget, please send us email :)
Can I return items if I am not satisfied with?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Are you selling to customers from outside of the European Union without value added tax?
We are able to sell our products to customers from outside of the European Union without value added tax. We have implemented geolocation on our web page, so you should be able to see prices without VAT.
But however if you put products to your shopping cart and select the appropriate country, you will be able to see prices without VAT.
