Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. If 30 days have passed since the date of delivery, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Item’s must be returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information (such as packing notes). Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please inform us by email email@example.com before you send the product to our address!
Customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to us. Customer must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the product(s) and that they are not damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products. Please use service with tracking number to be able to track the status of your shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages so we recommend you to include tracking and insurance. Please send us a tracking number as well, so that we are able to track your return and in case we are able to contact the delivery service. Shipping charges - Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
