DPD Return Label Available For: Germany, Austria, France, and Estonia

The return via DPD costs €10 – €12, depending on the box size, and will be deducted from your refund.

You can change the language in the bottom right corner if needed.

Start by selecting "Provide your own reason" and enter your order number in the text field.

You can then choose to have a DPD courier pick up the package from your home address (HOME COLLECTION), or drop it off at the nearest DPD Pickup point (DROP OFF AT PICKUP POINT)

Please fill in all your address details and select your preferred pickup date.

If you choose to drop off the package at a DPD Pickup Point, please print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any DPD Pickup Point of your choice.

HOME COLLECTION

If you choose Home Collection, a courier will come to your address to collect the package. You don’t need to print a label—the courier will take care of everything.
