It is sized to fit under airplane seats and can even count as your personal item on budget airlines. With a capacity of 25 liters, it offers just enough space for a Summer Quilt, tent, and essentials—making it perfect for fast-and-light adventurers.
Crafted from ultra-durable, waterproof Ultra 100X fabric, this pack resists abrasion, tearing, and harsh weather, all without the use of DWR or PFAS chemicals. Every seam is taped, and the entire construction uses hydrophobic thread for enhanced water resistance. For optimal protection of sensitive gear, we still recommend pairing it with a dry bag or pack liner in prolonged wet conditions.
Access your gear easily through a wrap-around waterproof zipper, while the external zip pockets keep essentials like keys, phone, or snacks within quick reach. Thoughtful features include dual side bottle pockets, a top stash pocket, and an external sleeve for the included closed-cell foam sit pad, which doubles as back padding and a camp seat.
The modular design lets you customize your fit and function with interchangeable shoulder straps—including Standard S Straps, Small/Women’s Straps, or the upgraded Vest-Style Straps. A removable 1" webbing hip belt adds optional stability - sold separately.
At just a few ounces and compressible to fit inside a 1-gallon Ziploc, the Bagger Ultra 25L is as easy to pack as it is to carry—whether you're commuting across town or chasing summits.

Ultra 100X is composed of a woven 100 denier Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) face fabric laminated to a waterproof lining. Our 2nd generation fabric has a 50% thicker, more durable .75 mil laminate with an internal "X" grid for bias strength. The fabric is fully waterproof and has extremely high tear and abrasion resistance. Zpacks Repair Tape and Adhesive products stick extremely well to the interior of this fabric.

- Small and streamlined design.
- Ultra 100X fabric features a woven Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) face fabric laminated to a waterproof backing. Ultra fabric boasts extremely high abrasion and tear resistance and is the strongest fabric we offer.
- Ultra fabric is not coated with DWR or other chemicals and is PFAS free.
- The pack material is waterproof. All seams and attachment points are taped and the pack is constructed using hydrophobic thread, making the packs highly water resistant.
- The pack should keep water out in typical backpacking conditions where the pack is not submerged or exposed to prolonged periods of heavy rain. We still suggest using dry bags or a pack liner to protect important items like your clothing and sleeping bags.
- Access the contents of the spacious main compartment with a waterproof wrap around zipper
- A large external zippered pocket on the outside of the pack is a great place for storing items that you'd like to access quickly.
- The top of the pack features a small zippered pocket, creating the perfect place for storing your phone, keys, or wallet.
- Side pockets are sized to fit one or two 1 liter bottles each. They are positioned low on the pack and slanted forward for easy access without removing the pack.
- A stretchy external sit pad pocket is located on the back of the pack and allows you to easily remove your sit pad on breaks. The sleeve is also a convenient spot to tuck a small laptop or tablet behind the pad when used as a travel bag.
- A closed cell foam sit pad measuring 28 cm x 39.4 cm (11" x 15.5") is included and adds an additional 28 grams (1 ounce) to the total weight of the pack. The foam pads fits inside the external pocket and provides some cushion and support against your back.
- The Bagger features an interchangeable strap design allowing you to pick the perfect strap for you. The design also allows you to swap out straps for specific adventures. You can choose from our comfy Standard S Straps, Small/Women's Straps, or our Vest Style Straps with integrated water bottle pockets. - A detachable 1" webbing belt is optional. The webbing belt can also be added later.
- This pack can be folded up to fit inside a 1 gallon Ziploc bag. It can easily be packed in your luggage or used as a carry-on.
- Looks as nice at the airport as it does on trail. Fits nicely under airplane seats when used as a carry-on.
