Stan je dostupný v dvoch variantoch s rôznou gramážou tkaniny Dyneema® Composite Fabric pre tropiko a podlahu:

  • Verzia "Lite": tropiko z materiálu DCF s gramážou 0,55 oz/sqyd, podlaha 0,75 oz/sqyd a kotviace šnúry s priemerom 1,3 mm.

  • Štandardná verzia: tropiko s gramážou 0,75 oz/sqyd, podlaha 1 oz/sqyd a šnúry s priemerom 2 mm.


Balenie stanu obsahuje: integrované napínacie šnúry, všité linelocky a pracky, podlepené švy, Medium úložný obal na stan. Ku každému stanu je pribalený kus opravnej DCF pásky a dva náhradné jazdce na zips.

POSTAVENIE STANU
Stan sa stavia na dve trekingové palice alebo stanové tyče nastavené na približne 122 cm. Ak nepoužívate trekingové palice, môžete si u nás zakúpiť vhodné stanové tyče.

Na postavenie stanu budete potrebovať minimálne 8 kolíkov. Kúpiť si ich môžete samostatne tu.


MATERIÁL: 0.55 oz/sqyd (blue, olive), .75 oz/sqyd (spruce green) Dyneema® Composite Fabric 

Dyneema® Composite Fabric má oproti iným materiálom niekoľko výhod:

  • Vynikajúci pomer pevnosti a nízkej hmotnosti – materiál zvládne veľkú silu vetra a len tak ľahko sa neroztrhne.
  • Je bez chemikálií, bez PFC
  • Materiál Dyneema je vodotesný – nemá žiadnu povrchovú úpravu ani DWR, takže sa nemusíš časom obávať opotrebenia. Neabsorbuje a nenasiakava vodu - nezvyšuje svoju hmotnosť za vlhka a nezvyšuje záťaž v batohu.
  • Neprevesuje sa – stan zostane napnutý celú noc. Nylonový materiál v porovnaní s Dyneema sa môže natiahnuť a prevísať, najmä ak navlhne.
  • Podlepené švy – švy sú šité pevne a následne vodotesne podlepené. Úchyty na stane sú dodatočne podlepené pre dosiahnutie vyššej pevnosti. Nebude potrebné žiadne dodatočné utesnenie švov!
  • Ľahko opraviteľné – akékoľvek poškodenie sa dá veľmi jednoducho opraviť v teréne pomocou opravnej pásky Dyneema®.
  • Tento stan je polopriehľadný. Pri jasnom slnečnom svetle je viditeľná rozmazaná silueta osoby sediacej vo vnútri stanu, ale nie je možné vidieť žiadne detaily, pre primeranú dávku súkromia pri prezliekaní.
  • Pri slabom osvetlení (napríklad večer alebo v noci) do vnútra stanu vôbec nevidíš. 
  • Ďalším pozitívom tohto materiálu je, že môžete vidieť obrysy stromov a okolitej prírody pre lepší zážitok z kempovania.

VLASTNOSTI

Storm doors on each side of the tent feature a convenient zipper entry, magnet toggles, and peak vents for air flow. All four doors can be rolled up independently and secured with magnet toggles. Leave the doors open on nice weather nights for a breeze and great views. Close the upwind doors to block cold wind, or close all four for 360° rain protection. Store your shoes and wet backpack in any of the four vestibule spaces.
Wide Double-L screen doors on both sides of the tent drape to block mosquitos or roll up with magnet toggles for easy entry, or access to the vestibule space on either side of the trekking poles. The floor is pinned down by the poles for convenient one-handed zipper operation. Fully enclosed ultralight insect netting keeps even the smallest insects out and adds ventilation around the perimeter.
Two adults can sit up at the center without brushing the canopy, or sit side by side facing out either door while removing shoes or reaching for gear outside the tent.
A wide 127 cm (50") floor allows two adults to lay side by side on wide, long sleeping pads. The symmetrical design allows you to pitch and sleep in either direction depending on the wind, the slope of the ground, and the views.
Taller solo hikers can lay diagonally or add trekking pole cups and 32" poles at the ends of the tent to boost the head room further. Taller Pivot Duo tent is also a good choice for extra headroom.
The bathtub floor has tall walls and is recessed from the perimeter to keep you protected from splash-up and condensation. In calm rain or under wet trees a downwind door can be left open for air flow without water dripping or falling into your living space.
A compact footprint for a two-person tent allows the Duplex Pro to squeeze into hard-to-find backcountry flat spots, providing a decisive advantage over asymmetrical designs with larger footprints that require much more space to set up.
LineLoc V adjusters allow you to lock in the perfect pitch. Bright yellow Z-Line Guylines are easy to see day or night to avoid tripping.
The durable floor material does not require a separate groundsheet. Flat Groundsheets are an optional precaution.

Mesh pockets are conveniently located near each screen door so that they can be accessed from inside or outside the tent. They are a good place to store your cell phone, glasses, headlamp, the tent stuff sack, and spare seam tape (included).
All zipper sliders are field-replaceable. Repair tape and spare sliders are included. Zipper slider replacement instructions can be found here.
